Virtual Private Network

• A VPN creates a secure, encrypted connection between your device (computer, phone, tablet) and a server on the internet.
• It allows us to encrypt our traffic over internet using a secure tunnel.
• It is not as secure as network sending traffic over internet but it’s all make it encrypted.
• The main security flaw using VPN is if we are using Router that is configured with VPN and connected to internet - the router become the weak point that should be protected because if it get compromised the traffic will be compromised before it gets encrypted.

To create a VPN in VPC we need to create a Virtual Private Gateway
